A SINGLE HOLDING CABINET WITH DIFFERENT TEMPERATURE SETTINGS

With Cp One you can set the temperature most suitable for your products:
positive temperature between 0° and +15°C or negative temperature between 0° and -30°C, with the desired humidity level and no sudden temperature changes. You can also set a constant temperature of +4/15°C with very low humidity for your chocolate creations.

The temperature inside Cp One can be adjusted at any time according to the type of products and season.


SANIGEN

SANITIZATION

Cp One comes with the patented Sanigen® sanitization system that eliminates up to 99.5% of bacteria inside the chamber.
This system, tested by Udine University and certified by the Ministry of Health, sanitizes every part of the chamber, even the least accessible parts for cleaning.

Sanitization is performed by airborne ions and also acts on the surface of food products, extending their storage life. Sanigen® also neutralizes odours inside the holding cabinet and prevents cross contamination of food flavours.

Choose the Cp One version that most suits your requirements. CP One is available in a number of versions, with one or two doors in steel or glass, and has ample storage space for up to 33 600x800mm trays, up to 66 600x400mm trays or up to 54 ice-cream tubs.
