Purpose and legal basis of processing
If you subscribe to this service, Irinox S.p.A. will process the personal data collected in order to send you an e-mail newsletter containing information on its products or services of BU Quadri, as well as promotions or invitations to events in which you will participate. The legal basis is the need for the pursuit of the above-mentioned purpose.
Period of data retention
The Controller will keep the data until the termination of the service or the request for unsubscription, whichever comes first. In any event, for technical/organizational reasons, the processing will last for 30 days from the above terms.
Nature of data provision and consequences in case of refusal
The provision of data is optional, but the refusal to communicate them involves the inability to subscribe to this service.
Scope of data communication and categories of recipients
The Controller will not disseminate the data, which will be communicated only to internal persons authorised to the processing by reason of their duties, as well as to professionals, companies or other third parties who carry out activities in outsourcing and who are therefore appointed as data processors with a specific contract or other instrument under the law.
