If you love baked goods, don’t miss my Pugliese focaccia. While it’s simple to prepare, it requires the right proofing time to achieve that perfect balance: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. IRINOX allows me to proof the dough for over 24 hours, store it for 3 to 4 days, and still deliver a product that’s always fresh and fragrant.
