Ingredients

Procedure
- Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and proceed to season/marinate the meat with all the remaining ingredients;
- Vacuum-pack with a thickness of approx. 2/3 cm and cook with the MultiFresh® Next low-temperature cooking cycle:
- Preheat to 55°C
- Phase 1: Reheat at 55°C for 3h
- Phase 2: Warm at 65°C for 1h 30m
- Phase 3: Warm at 47°C for 2h
- Phase 4: Cold at -7°C for 30m
- Phase 5: Cold at 0°C for 1h
