Warranty Terms
The standard warranty is valid for 12 months from delivery.
For new equipment, it can be extended to 24 months by uploading the installation report to Freshcloud® within 5 days.
It covers conformity defects and malfunctions that render the product unsuitable for use.
The following are not covered:
• parts subject to normal wear and tear (e.g. gaskets, filters, handles)
• damage caused by improper use or lack of maintenance
• non-compliant installations
• non-original spare parts
To open a case, you must send:
• product model and serial number
• delivery date
• description of the defect
• photos of the damage
• installation and testing report
Repairs and maintenance
If the product is out of warranty, you can request assistance and maintenance services for a fee through our authorised centres.
Repairs outside the warranty period are always possible. In such cases, the costs of labour, transport and replacement parts are borne by the customer.

To maintain performance and warranty validity, it is essential to use original IRINOX spare parts. The use of unauthorised components may void the warranty.

To ensure maximum efficiency, it is important to regularly follow the instructions in the user and maintenance manuals.
