My name is Alberto, I am the owner and chef of Azetagastronomia.
We are an artisan laboratory producing ready meals in modified atmosphere, working mainly with small businesses that require precision, reliability and constant product quality.
We carefully select our raw ingredients and focus on optimising every preparation through professional techniques.
Cold management plays a central role in our workflow, allowing us to maintain high standards while improving efficiency and scalability.
Which IRINOX equipment do you use in your laboratory?
Our journey with IRINOX began with a MultiFresh® 45.
Over time, as production volumes increased, we introduced:
- MultiFresh® Next L (70 kg)
- MultiFresh® Next iSteel (100 kg)
These units are used for blast chilling, blast freezing and low-temperature processes.
We also use FreshCloud, which allows us to monitor the blast chiller remotely, even when we are not physically present in the laboratory.
The ease of use of IRINOX machines enables the entire team to work independently while maintaining consistent quality standards.
