Over these ten years, I have always chosen Irinox for cold preservation.
With this new project, confirming that choice was natural: today more than ever, working quickly, in an organised way and with high productivity is essential.
Optimising time and completing multiple processes within the same day has become a priority in order to guarantee continuity, quality and consistency in our production.
Which IRINOX equipment do you use in your laboratory?
For my laboratory, I chose a MultiFresh® Next M as a blast chiller and CP Next professional holding cabinets.
These solutions allow me to manage production efficiently, storing products at –1°C for several days while maintaining absolute stability.
I can place already glazed, dressed and decorated products into storage without any aesthetic or structural changes.
