My name is Giovanni Bertolo, Managing Director of La Cucina Veneta.
We operate in the collective catering sector and every day our team cooks, packages and distributes more than 2,700 meals.
In recent years, the company has grown rapidly: volumes have increased, the team has expanded, and customer expectations have risen accordingly.
This growth pushed us to adopt more advanced solutions in order to guarantee quality, consistency and operational continuity.
Which IRINOX equipment do you use in your facility?
In our production kitchen we use two Multifresh® Next rapid blast chillers:
- one LL tray model,
- one XXL trolley version.
