Tell us about your business

My name is Tonj Lezzi, and I have been running Caffetteria Anna with my family since 1981.
Our speciality is fresh pastry, particularly traditional products such as the Soffione Abruzzese a delicate dessert that requires great care.

For over forty years, we have worked to guarantee consistent quality and an artisanal offering that respects local tradition.

 

Which IRINOX equipment do you use in your laboratory?

In our laboratory we use:

  • one Multifresh® Next blast chiller.
