Plein Cœur embodies the meeting point between local agriculture and French artisanal know-how in baking, pastry and chocolate making.
Founded by Maxime Frédéric in the Batignolles district of Paris, the atelier delivers a complete in-house production driven by craftsmanship, sustainability and a strong creative identity rooted in history.

Tell us about your business

My name is Maxime Frédéric, co-founder of Plein Cœur, a bakery, pastry shop and chocolaterie located in the 17th arrondissement of Paris.
The concept was born from the desire to become part of everyday life in the Batignolles neighbourhood offering creations that are elegant, simple and always meaningful.

We work closely with local agricultural partners hazelnut growers, egg producers, coffee roasters, cacao and flour suppliers to enhance a responsible and traceable supply chain.
Our inspiration also comes from history, particularly through a collection of vintage copper moulds that often guide our creations.

Alongside bread and viennoiseries, we also produce yoghurts and a dedicated range for children, including cakes and chocolate treats.

At Plein Cœur, everything is made in-house bread, viennoiseries, cakes, chocolates and yoghurts and IRINOX solutions allow us to manage all processes efficiently, including:

This versatility is essential, especially in Paris, where workspaces are often more compact.
