My name is Michael Walk, founder and CEO of Vemiwa Foods GmbH.
We specialise in wet extrusion and produce tailor-made products using extrusion technology, precisely adapted to our customers’ requirements.
We work exclusively with plant-based raw materials and focus strongly on precision and consistency to ensure reliable, repeatable results.
Which IRINOX equipment do you use in your facility?
In our production plant, we use two Irinox MultiFresh® Mya 250 units, which are essential to our workflow.
They allow us to:
- pasteurise products
- rapidly chill them
- blast freeze when required
