Club Coupe Du Monde de la Patisserie

Details about partnership

The Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie is the most prestigious international pastry competition. Founded in 1989 by MOF Gabriel Paillasson, it was created to promote and enhance the excellence of the pastry profession. Considered the most coveted and challenging award to win, the competition takes place every two years, in odd-numbered years, in Lyon, during Sirha, bringing together the world’s top pastry professionals.

In Italy, the selection and training of the national team are managed by the Club de la Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, led by Master Alessandro Dalmasso. The Club benefits from the support of prestigious founding partners, including Valrhona, Agrimontana, CAST Alimenti, Con.Pa.It., and the magazine Pasticceria Internazionale.

The Club's operational headquarters and administrative office are hosted by CAST Alimenti, a renowned training center for food professionals.

Supporting this prestigious journey is IRINOX, a leader in rapid blast chilling and preservation technologies. With its expertise, IRINOX helps ensure the highest quality standards in the preparation of the Italian team. This partnership highlights the importance of combining tradition and innovation, providing professionals with cutting-edge tools to enhance the freshness and excellence of their creations in competition.
