Ingredients
- Beef slices
- Chimichurri powder
- Chilli pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
Procedure
- Place the beef slices on an open baking tray, prepare the seasoning with the chimichurri powder, chilli pepper and extra virgin olive oil.
- Next, sprinkle the prepared seasoning over the slices of meat and start the Marinating Cycle on the EasyFresh® Next blast chiller.
- Use a chamber temperature of 12°C, with gentle ventilation at level 2, for 2 hours. The blast chiller will then cool the product to +3°C for storage.

Through this marinating process, the slices of meat absorb the flavours through temperature management. Furthermore, with the use of the Sanigen system, it is possible to prevent bacterial growth even when using sensitive temperatures of +12/15°C.
