Tell us about your business

Hello, we are Andrea and Asia.
Andrea is responsible for the bakery and pizzeria production, while Asia oversees the pastry laboratory.

Forno Leandro has been active since 1980 and represents the third generation of our family of bakers.
Every day we work to ensure quality and continuity, gradually integrating new technical solutions that allow us to grow and improve our internal organisation.

Which IRINOX equipment do you use in your laboratory?

We chose IRINOX primarily to optimise our production processes, especially in pastry, where time management and storage efficiency are crucial.

Today our laboratory is equipped with two CP Next, two CP Next Mini, one MultiFresh® Next S and one MultiFresh® Next M.
These technologies allow us to produce larger quantities, store products efficiently and use them over time, without the need for small daily batches.

How have IRINOX solutions improved your daily work?

With IRINOX, we have increased productivity while reducing working hours, all while maintaining high product quality.
The equipment plays a key role in laboratory management, helping us organise both production and storage more efficiently.
