White chocolate, green liposoluble colouring, dark chocolate.
Procedure
To assemble the figure shown in this photo use a 7cm sphere, a 6cm sphere and a 3cm half sphere, two 4cm half egg shapes, two dots for the nose, a base, green fat-soluble colour and two eyes. - Per la composizione del soggetto riportato in questa foto: utilizzare una sfera da 7cm , un'altra sfera da 6 cm e una mezza sfera da 3cm, due mezze uova da 4cm, due punte per il naso, un fondo di appoggio, un colore liposolubile verde, due occhi.
Benefits
Assemble the figure, place in the MultiFresh and start the CHOCOLATE -7°C cycle. When the temperature is reached use a 1mm nozzle to spray the fat-soluble colour tempered at +33°C. The advantage of the -7°C temperature is that a perfect “velvet effect” is obtained without affecting attachment of the figure, which could break at a lower temperature.
